We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Brainy Bites paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to subscribe, or email us at Brainybites@edu-wise.app and we'll arrange it for you.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, your paid plan will end and your account will revert to the Free plan. Quizzes you've already generated remain in your account.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and then automatically move to the Free plan.
